Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients receive close observation and advanced technology. ICU team members include registered nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, physician specialists, clinical nurse specialists, respiratory therapists and social workers.
Family members are encouraged to visit their loved ones in the ICU, but restrictions do apply for patient safety. Ask the nursing staff for information about patient visits or refer to the Patient / Visitor handbook or the visiting hour guide at the Information Desk.
