| Description | This program is for all first-time moms and moms who have children six years or older. It is a series of six classes (one class per week for six weeks) dealing with labor, delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques. Information about Cesarean birth, anesthesia, childcare, breastfeeding and a tour of the Birth Center are included. In order to have a support person/labor partner in the delivery, both mother and her partner should attend the Childbirth Education class series together.
